The main entrance of the building opens onto the Decumanus Maximus of the ancient Roman city, now Via San Cesareo, unveiling its grandeur through magnificent frescoed vaults, intertwining the rich local history with architectural and decorative elements of an ancient past. The result is a beauty both of secret and timeles allure.

Originally built most likely during the Middle Age, the structure initially featured a single floor with an unusually Tuscan-style loggia overlooking Via San Cesareo. Then, around 1700, the loggia on the first floor was enclosed, creating the spaces that now welcome guests, giving the building its present-day appearance.

Once a noble residence, it still preserves part of its original furnishings and flooring.

The House

The structure, unchanged over time, is spread across two floors: the ground floor and the first floor. The ground floor, with its entrance on Via Santa Maria delle Grazie, features a garden with an adjoining traditional country kitchen and a veranda. The first floor houses the bedrooms, along with other common areas such as a living room, a kitchen, and a terrace overlooking the garden.
